Executive Director

Sarah Schlosser has been the Executive Director of Leadership Wisconsin since January 2013.  She has ten years of experience in the field of community and leadership development, and holds a Masters of Science in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. From 2001-2008 she was the Community Resource Development Educator in Green County’s University of Wisconsin-Extension office. While in Green County, Sarah co-founded Green County Leaders – a program that has graduated over 100 community leaders. While working with Edward Jones Investments in Tempe, Arizona, Sarah trained financial advisors to build and lead successful businesses.

Program Coordinator

kimKim Clist has been the program coordinator for Leadership Wisconsin since 2008, bringing with her over 7 years of experience in private sector program management and event planning. Originally from Arizona, Kim has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Composition from Grand Canyon University. Her passion for adult education and development, inclusion, and collaboration makes her a perfect fit for Leadership Wisconsin. Managing the general office operations, Kim handles all phases of program planning and management including: seminar planning, budgeting, marketing, purchasing, travel, and recruitment. She also works with the Executive Director on curriculum planning and implementation as well as manages 400 plus alumni and friends who provide volunteer services for the program.

Director of Development

Sterling LynkSterling Lynk has been contracted as Leadership Wisconsin’s Director of Development since November of 2014.  A coach and mentor for over 15 years, with a core passion for developing leaders and advocates, Sterling supports Leadership Wisconsin mission by helping its leaders seek sustainable donor relationships.  The former Executive Director of the Madison Area Down Syndrome Society, Inc., he is the founder and Managing Director of MightyPurpose Coaches and Strategists, and is currently attending seminary at Luther College.

Communications Assistant

Miah Gatzke is working with the Leadership Wisconsin team to support their communications efforts. As an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Miah is studying Community and Nonprofit Leadership while pursuing certificates in Business and Studio Art/Graphic Design. During her time with Leadership Wisconsin, Miah looks forward to learning more about the nonprofit sector in Madison and exploring the role communications and digital media can play in achieving positive community change.
