Jason Kollwelter is the Agriculture Services Program Manager for We Energies, a Wisconsin-based utility that serves more than a million electric and natural gas customers in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

His programs work with 1,500 dairy farms and many other livestock farms in regards to electrical and natural gas safety, new services, stray voltage mitigation, energy efficiency, pay arrangements, and renewable energy.

 Jason was raised on a family dairy farm in Whitewater.  He earned his B.S. degree in 1998 from UW-Whitewater and then completed a Diploma Program from Blackhawk Technical College in Electrical Power Distribution in 2002.  Jason currently serves on the Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotions Board, Cows on the Concourse Committee, and serves as treasure for Walworth County Dairy Promotions.  Also, he serves on the Board of Directors for Whitewater Home Talent Baseball and holds a WIAA Certificate for officiating basketball.
