The Leadership Excellence Awards grew out of efforts started several years ago to herald the accomplishments of individuals and organizations making significant contributions to shaping the destinies of past, current and future generations of leaders. The nominations for the Leadership Excellence Awards are received from around the state – individuals- young and old as well as community organizations and businesses working to make a difference through their leadership. The awards celebration is a special opportunity of memorable, outstanding and inspiring stories of leadership.

Each time we come together to recognize excellence in leadership– we are celebrating the mission of Leadership Wisconsin.  Through this celebration we see upfront and personally one of the ways that Leadership Wisconsin fulfills its mission of “Developing Leaders to Strengthen Communities.
