Leadership Excellence Awards

 

The annual Leadership Excellence Awards recognize individuals, organizations, and leadership programs that have made a significant positive impact in Wisconsin. We celebrate people and organizations willing to roll up their sleeves, take initiative, and build capacity to solve problems in their neighborhoods and communities.

Emerging Leader Award

The Emerging Leader Award recognizes an individual under 21 years of age who (1) has demonstrated impact on individuals, organizations, community and/or Wisconsin; (2) inspires and engages other young leaders to get involved and make a difference; (3) demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and civil dialogue; and (4) shows evidence of commitment to future contributions as a leader.

Collaborating for Transformation Award

The Collaborating for Transformation Award recognizes an organization or business who (1) has demonstrated impact on individuals, organizations, community and/or Wisconsin; (2) serves an example for other organizations and businesses; (3) demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and civil dialogue; and (4) has an innovative approach to addressing issues and collaborating for transformation.

Modeling the Way Award

The Modeling the Way Award recognizes an individual of any age who (1) has demonstrated impact on individuals, organizations, community and/or Wisconsin; (2) inspires and engages others to work toward common goals; (3) demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and civil dialogue; and (4) shows evidence of commitment to future contributions as a leader.

Shaping Wisconsin Leaders Award

The Shaping Wisconsin Leaders Award recognizes a Leadership Development Program that (1) has demonstrated impact on individual leaders, communities, organizations and/or Wisconsin; (2) serves as an example for other leadership development programs; (3) demonstrates a commitment to inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and civil dialogue; and (4) has an innovative curriculum that develops civic-minded leaders.
